Position Summary

The Atlanta Falcons Security Manager reports directly to the Blank Family of Businesses security director, and is responsible for assisting in managing overall, day-to-day security for Atlanta Falcons Football club and its practice facility.  This position is also responsible for assisting with game day team security at home and away stadiums. This includes the coaching staff, except for the head coach. The Falcons Security Manager is also responsible for assisting in the management of security at high-profile, scheduled events attended by players, coaches and staff.

FLOWERY BRANCH AND GAME DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow all Security policies, procedures and protocols
  • Maintain and periodically update safety management plans
  • Ensure the safety of all assigned players, coaches, and staff
  • Conducts frequent inside and outside roving patrols, logging any suspicious activity
  • Regularly monitors security camera  for suspicious activity
  • Completes detailed reports by recording observations, information, and occurrences
  • Investigate and write reports on all unusual incidents occurring on property (this does not include player investigations)
  • Identify and challenge all suspicious/unknown person(s) found on property
  • Prepare a security operations plan for all special events
  • Conduct monthly threat assessments and prepare report regarding same
  • Conduct quarterly fire drills
  • Communicates regularly with BFOF Security Director
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Coordinate with team logistics personnel
  • Prepare team security operations plan for all home games
  • Coordinate with stadium security personnel regarding team arrival, game, and departure security
  • Coordinate with NFL security representative for games
  • Coordinate with bomb detection and K-9 search team as necessary
  • Attend the NFL 100 minute security meeting
  • Works closely with Falcons team security director to ensure a seamless overall security plan and operation
  • Manages relationship with game day security staff
  • Continuously monitor all player and coach areas, including hotel floors, meeting spaces, meal room, training room, and parking areas (team hotel)
  • Maintain a security presence in the hotel lobby and bus areas,  stadium bus areas, and all locker room areas
  • Identify media staging room/location
  • Monitor the sideline and bench area for safety and security concerns
  • Ensure all players are accounted for at the conclusion of the game
  • Ensure player safety during stadium departure
  • Ensure safe passage of players to bus area
  • Coordinate with team logistics personnel and TSA screeners
  • Direct players to buses, family area, TSA screening, and post-game meals.
  • Ensure post-game security for team General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years law enforcement experience
  • NIMS Incident Command Certification
  •  Experience in crowd management

Position Summary

The Digital Managing Editor will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of AtlantaFalcons.com, including daily editorial and written coverage of the team. This position will be responsible for developing and evolving the editorial calendar while working closely with the Director of Digital Media and VP, AMBSE Media Group to ensure that content on the website meets (and exceeds) the interests of readers. He/she will suggest story ideas, assign articles and keep the staff on schedule as required. The Digital Managing Editor will also be responsible for teaching and developing team members to become stronger storytellers.

  • Lead the development of the football voice of AtlantaFalcons.com.

This position is responsible for creating unique and innovative stories / content to help elevate the Atlanta Falcons brand, team and staff. He/she will be responsible for helping to create, manage and execute a robust and aggressive editorial calendar for digital / web and social platforms from concept to execution, as well as play a critical role in elevating our KPI metrics.

This high-profile, fast-paced and challenging opportunity requires strong leadership and organization skills by helping to create a clear football story calendar, integrated vision, and detailed long and short term strategy around our brand and team. He/she will be responsible for bringing innovative thinking to the team while managing deliverables in an efficient, timely manner. Manager - Communications, PGATSS - Atlanta Falcons (Roswell, Ga)

PGA TOUR Superstore and AMB Group, LLC, seek an entrepreneurial storyteller to serve as manager of communications for the successful retail chain. The successful candidate will be dedicated to the PGATSS business, but be integrated with the communications team across the Blank Family of Businesses. This position will report directly to the Chief Communications Officer of AMB Group and work very closely with the PGATSS Chief Marketing Officer. The manager will work from PGATSS HQ in Roswell, GA.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will be counted on to drive value for the PGATSS brand by driving its overall narrative primarily in the relevant trade, business, consumer media, as well as through digital and social channels direct to the customer. The manager will help craft annual communication strategy for the brand and lead outreach planning and execution to support key sales periods, new store openings, philanthropic initiatives, executive positioning and thought leadership in the golf retail space.

Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary team photographer the Atlanta Falcons team both on and off the field.
  • Maintain awareness of game situations and team surroundings to ensure key moments are captured.
  • Responsible for managing and organizing digital photo asset system, as well as making sure that photos are tagged, archived and available for use in a timely fashion.
  • Work with the Digital team to develop new photo content ideas that may incorporate audio, motion graphics and other video or design elements.
  • Collaborate with editorial staff, graphic designer, producers and digital staff to create timely, relevant, unique visual packages that drive fan interest.
  • Communicate consistently and proactively with social and video teams to make them aware of great shots that could lead to high performing content.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lighting for photography.

  • Unique creative eye for shooting game photography, as well as capturing emotion within other aspects of game prep.
