Desktop Support Intern - AMB Group LLC (Atlanta, GA)
This part-time position will serve as a member of the technical support team and will work with other team members to meet the technical support needs of our associates. Primary duties will include support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, multifunction copiers, telephones, and other peripheral equipment. Interested individuals should be able to work half days throughout the work week as well as weekends when required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Be actively pursuing a Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree with expected graduation date no sooner than Spring 2018
Be available to work 20 – 30 hours per week primarily within normal business hours. (M-F,9-6)
Possess a strong customer service orientation. Prior experience in a customer service setting highly desired.
Possess technical troubleshooting skills and an understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and productivity software. Experience with Windows 7/8, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office, iOS desired.
Be approachable and have strong people skills to determine client needs and build strong client relationships.
Must be able to communicate and teach in a manner that both technical novices and experts can understand.
Possess problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize client requests. Experience working out of a ticketing system desired.
Work in compliance with relevant corporate policies and best practices and communicate those to clients at all levels
Marketing Seasonal Assistant - AMB Sports + Entertainment (Atlanta, GA)
The Seasonal Marketing Assistant will assist the Marketing and Brand department in executing and managing the advertising and marketing campaigns for the Atlanta Falcons and Mercedes-Benz Stadium (MBS). Campaigns include: Falcons and MBS Spring and Fall campaigns, Tours, Events, Grand Opening and HR Recruiting. Marketing and Advertising includes outdoor, TV, radio, print, digital and social, direct mail and email advertising as well as some events. From the point that the buy is made, coordinate with the creative team and advertising representatives, and help monitor the approvals process, and help traffic all creative to its destinations. This individual will need to be detail oriented and proactive to keep track of the budget expenditures and process internal and external invoices for our department as well as help build recap documents for all elements of campaigns. Additionally, the Seasonal Marketing Assistant will be responsible for scheduling and reporting the Integrated Marketing Meetings. This one-year assistant role is embedded in the marketing department as an integral member of the team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Help coordinate with our external advertising agency
Attend AMB Sports and Entertainment Integrated Marketing Meetings
Coordinate with the AMBSE creative team and external agencies to facilitate creative needs, (e.g. submit briefs, proofs, etc.)
Traffic/distribute ads with correct formats/specifications on time to all media outlets
Rotate advertising spots/ads as assigned with various media outlets
Help coordinate content for email marketing e.g. monthly MBS emails, communication to Season Ticket Holders, etc.
Tracking the results of our marketing plans – throughout the campaign and at completion.
Solicit affidavits and proof of ads from media partners with air-checks, photography
Facilitate trade needs with media outlets to make sure all suite and tickets needs are delivered and catering is offered and keep track of guests, Falcon game dates and suite/seat numbers for all media partners
Help track departmental budgets as well as operational budgets from key departments: ticket sales and PSL sales.
Processing, logging and tracking invoices for vendors and media buys
Track the trade advertising spend and reporting for NFL reports.
Help manage the MBS Master Calendar on behalf of the MBS Integrated Marketing Communications team
Develop and maintain marketing library, including warehousing (on Box) all advertising elements, research and recap elements.
Coordinate special events and promotions from ideation to fulfillment
Coordinate MBS and AF premium items sourcing and fulfillment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office software including Powerpoint and Excel and iWork (Keynote).
Basic understanding of advertising in particular, television, radio, print, digital and social media.
Knowledge of ProofHQ, ExtremeReach, or other media sharing software a plus.
Understanding of the NFL and MLS
Agency experience a plus
Highly organized and communicative
Comfortable yet energetic
Action-oriented and able to work independently, as well as within a team
Team player who understands the importance of communication and adhering to deadlines
Capable of balancing multiple projects at a given time and executing quickly
Detail-oriented, especially under deadline pressure
