Business Systems Analyst - Mercedes-Benz Stadium (Atlanta, GA)
AMB Sports & Entertainment (AMBSE), LLC is hiring a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) that will focus primarily on the management and support of the applications within the organization including systems deployed within the new stadium. This position will support the Director of Business & Stadium Systems by playing the pivotal role of interfacing with the Business and IT. Armed with in depth knowledge of the business areas and processes, the BSA helps drive value by identifying and deploying innovative solutions that enable business partners to meet strategic goals as well as enhancing the end-user experience. The BSA works closely with internal and external teams to ensure that all systems being considered, developed, procured, and deployed will fulfill and/or exceed our needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the process of defining and writing detailed business requirements that will be utilized by internal and external teams to deliver world-class solutions
Work closely with key stakeholders to document business and technical requirements for critical systems integrations
Write comprehensive test cases and plans and lead the user acceptance testing process
Research, evaluate, and recommend business systems and applications to support our requirements
Assist in the implementation of application updates, releases, etc.
Assist in the management of the software development roadmap for all stadium systems
Maintain and manage a working relationship with our third-party system providers
Develop and/or maintain end-user system documentation
Supervise and/or provide system training
Stay informed on the latest technology trends and provide thought leadership on new technologies both inside and outside the AMBSE organization
Establish, monitor, and report on performance goals and KPI’s for the department.
Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, on-quality, and on-budget.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
Four (4) or more years of related business or systems analyst experience
Experience defining, writing, and implementing detailed business or technical requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to easily and effectively interact, consult, support, and educate internal customers including senior level management
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven problem solving, troubleshooting, research, and implementation skills
Proven ability to deliver world class customer service and to build solid relationships at all levels within the organization
Self-motivated, ability to lead projects, and manage multiple work streams with little supervision
Demonstrated ability to excel in a team centered environment
Drive to keep technical skills current
Ability to work well with and achieve exceptional results through others
